Graeme Hill
Graeme has been consulting in GIS for over 23 years and has extensive experience across various state and local government positions. He specialises in ArcGIS (desktop, enterprise, and ArcGIS Online) and a variety of open-source GIS packages, as well as database systems, all of which are utilised in mapping and analysis projects. Graeme also creates applications for websites and mobile devices utilising the ArcGIS platform and can automate processes using Python or Microsoft Power Automate.

Stephen Barr
Stephen has 30 years of experience in surveying, planning, and consulting across a variety of industries. His background in land surveying has equipped him with the knowledge and expertise needed for effective strategic thinking and practical planning. He works closely with clients in aspects such as:
Development yield and delivery time frames
Potential development issues and the appropriate solutions
Gaining approvals for a wide range of developments
Post-approval for land development and subdivision.
Hannah Croft
Hannah is a GIS Analyst specialising in environmental and land-use projects. She brings over four years’ experience spanning soil carbon mapping and the application of GIS in mining as an Environmental Officer. Confident across the Esri ecosystem—ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Experience Builder, Survey123 and Field Maps—she turns complex spatial data into clear, decision-ready outputs.
Her recent work includes building Experience Builder applications for technical and non-technical users, developing web maps and data-collection workflows, and streamlining processes to lift data quality and efficiency. She has also supported environmental monitoring and compliance in mining operations, delivering practical GIS solutions for on-site decision-making.
Hannah holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management from the University of Newcastle and continues to invest in professional development through Esri training.
